Pottery has been around for decades. The great thing about clay is that it is a very honest material. When it dries out you can simply add water and reuse it. Another interesting property of clay is that it can go from this soft, totally fragile substance to one which is rock-hard, impervious to water, wind, and time. The change is nearly mystical in its complete metamorphosis.
There are many ways to work with clay like throwing, sculpting or poring and using a mould. We like the technique of 3D printing to explore the freedom, or specific restrictions in form and the apparent contradiction between this new technique and the age-old material.
